I have several ongoing research projects with opportunities for students to gain experience conducting research with a child population.  If interested, please drop by my office.

Project 1:  The Development of Deception in Children
      This project examines behavioral and physiological aspects of children's deception.  Data collection takes place at the Center for Children and Families in Guild Center.

Project 2:  Academic Stress / Test Anxiety:  Physiological Markers.
      This project examines how stressful children are in school, particularly when taking state-wide achievement tests.

  Project 3:  Enhancing Classroom Discussion
      This project examines various ways to enhance student participation in the clasroom.

   Project 4:  Promoting Deep Approaches to Learning
   This project examines various ways to promote deep learning in college students.
