Come and join us for a week of study and research on wind and solar energy.

The Maryland Summer Center “The Physics of Solar and Wind Power” will focus on mathematical modeling of energy available from sunshine and moving air.

One-Week Residential Program

Open to students entering grades 6 - 9 in fall 2008

Residential and non-residential options

TUITION

$350 for residents;
$240 for commuters

(Needs based scholarship available)

ELIGIBILITY

Gifted and talented students entering 6th through 9th grades in fall 2008 in a public or private school in Maryland are eligible to apply.
